Wanda Maximoff, aka the Scarlet Witch, first appeared in The X-Men #4 (1964). With her chaotic magic and reality-bending powers, she's a complex and powerful member of the Avengers.

Pietro Maximoff, aka Quicksilver, first appeared in The X-Men #4 (1964). With his superhuman speed and quick wit, he's a valuable asset to the Avengers and a loyal brother to the Scarlet Witch.

The Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver first teamed up in The X-Men #4 (1964). This issue, written by Stan Lee and illustrated by Jack Kirby, introduced the twins as mutants and future Avengers.
