Hercules and Thor Sketch Card

The gods of thunder and strength are coming to the Marvel Metal Universe Avengers 2024 set, dropping on June 21st! I'm excited to share a sneak peek of the sketch card I drew, featuring the mighty Thor and Hercules!

Thor, the Norse god of thunder, first appeared in Journey into Mystery #83 (1962). Wielding the mighty hammer Mjolnir, Thor is a founding member of the Avengers and a champion of justice and righteousness.

Hercules, the demigod son of Zeus, first appeared in The Incredible Hulk #113 (1969). With incredible strength and agility, Hercules has fought alongside the Avengers and other Marvel heroes, proving himself a true champion of the gods.

Thor and Hercules first teamed up in Thor #126 (1966). This issue, written by Stan Lee and illustrated by Jack Kirby, marked the beginning of their legendary friendship and battles together.
